for trumpet, trombone, antiphonal string orchestra and 3 percussions
The use of antiphonal strings with one group with the trumpet and the other with the trombone gives so many possibilities, not usual in a piece featuring soloists. This concept comes directly from the father of brass writing, by the venitian master Giovanni Gabrieli.
